Awards season has arrived, and it’s shaping up to be a big one for Hallam. We’ve been shortlisted eight times across three of the most respected awards in our industry, the UK Agency Awards, the Global Search Awards and the B2B Marketing Awards, spanning B2B, paid media, AI and even the way we run the business itself.
Each one reflects work we care about, done with the clients and colleagues who make Hallam what it is.
Our CEO, Jake Third, sees it as bigger than the trophies. “Every one of these shortlists represents our commitment to doing things differently, whether that’s who owns the business or who we choose to work with. Seeing that recognised by the industry means a lot to everyone.“
Here’s what we’re up for.
UK Agency Awards
The UK Agency Awards recognise the strongest agencies in the country, and we’re shortlisted four times.
- B2B Agency of the Year
- Best Large Agency of the Year
- Best Culture Transformation Initiative, for our move to employee ownership
- Best PPC Campaign, for our work with Infodesk
To be up for both agency-level titles and a standout campaign award in the same year says a lot about the breadth of what the team’s been doing.

Global Search Awards
The Global Search Awards put the best UK work up against the rest of the world, so these three mean a great deal.
- Best Global Large Integrated Search Agency
- Best Global PPC Campaign, for our work with Infodesk
- Best LLM Adoption and Integration by an Agency
Our paid media work with Infodesk earning recognition at both UK and global level is a particular highlight, as is being recognised for how early we’ve got to grips with AI and large language models. Our AI Search offering is at the top of its game and we’ve already been crowned the European Search Award winners for Best LLM Adoption and Integration in 2026.
B2B Marketing Awards
The eighth award we’ve been shortlisted for is B2B Agency of the Year (UK) at the B2B Marketing Awards, the industry’s benchmark for specialist B2B marketing.
It’s a fitting one to land alongside the others. Our UK Agency Awards and Global Search Awards shortlists recognise us against the wider agency world, but this category judges us purely against other B2B specialists, exactly the ground we’ve been building on since repositioning as a focused B2B agency over the past eighteen months.

People over profits
One of our UK Agency Awards short-listings, Best Culture Transformation Initiative, recognises our move to employee ownership, and it’s worth a mention on its own.
In 2025 we became a 100% employee-owned business through an Employee Ownership Trust, putting the future of the agency in the hands of the people who build it. Rather than sell to the highest bidder and risk the culture that makes Hallam what it is, we chose a path that gives every employee a real stake in our shared success and a real voice in how the business is run.
It’s part of a bigger picture. We re-certified as a B Corp in 2026, we’re on the Sunday Times Best Places to Work list, and through our annual Nottingham Digital Summit we’ve now raised more than £100,000 for local charities. Being shortlisted for how we’ve chosen to grow, people first, matters as much to us as campaign work.
The thread running through it all
Look across the eight short-listings and a few themes stand out. Integrated search that brings brand and performance together. Real leadership in how AI and LLMs are used in marketing. Paid media that delivers for clients at home and abroad. And a business built to do good work, with good people, that gets real results.
Thank you
None of this happens without our clients, who trust us with ambitious work, and our team, who deliver it day in, day out.
Our Head of Marketing, Molly Watters, put it well. “Being shortlisted for these awards off the back of a transformational year for Hallam feels like proof that the last twelve months of change have paid off. This recognition belongs to the whole team, not a handful of people at the top.“
Winners are announced across the autumn, so we’ll be sharing updates as the results come in. Wish us luck.
