The European Search Awards, hosted by Don’t Panic, celebrate the very best search marketing campaigns, strategies, tools and teams from across Europe. Winning in this category, against agencies from across the continent, is something we’re incredibly proud of, especially as this particular award was new for 2026.

What we were recognised for

This win recognises the work our team has done to genuinely weave LLMs into how we operate – not as a shortcut, but as the foundation of a smarter, more proactive way of working for our clients.

At the heart of our entry were three innovations:

Share of LLM (SoLLM): Our own measurement framework that assesses how visible our clients are within AI-driven search tools like ChatGPT and Gemini, with the same granularity you’d expect from a traditional keyword report. It’s become a benchmark metric in board-level reporting for several of our clients.

The Third Eye: An automated monitoring system that tracks client sitemaps every single hour, using Google Gemini to read and summarise any changes. For complex clients managing multiple sites and languages, this removes manual checking entirely and frees our SEO specialists to focus on strategy and innovation. For one client, this approach contributed to SEO improvements that reduced their reliance on paid media, saving over £20,000.

Predictive SEO: A tool to scrape Reddit subreddits and synthesise emerging conversations via Google Gemini, identifying user pain points before they appear in traditional keyword data. This means we’re optimising for topics before they trend, and building content strategies around real user intent rather than lagging volume data.

We also shared our thinking publicly, publishing our whitepaper Share of Search vs. Share of LLM: The New Measure of Authority for B2B Brands and delivering webinars on these topics to our Better B2B community. Winning an award is fantastic, but having our ideas shape the wider conversation matters just as much.

What this means to us

As a 100% employee-owned agency, every win is a win for the whole team. The people who built these frameworks, ran the experiments, and had the conviction to move search from reactive ranking to proactive intelligence.
