A flagship event for a fast-growing community

Better B2B has grown into a community of more than 550 B2B marketers in under a year, and on 15th September 2026 we’re bringing that community together in person for our second flagship event: Better B2B South. Taking place at Coin Street Neighbourhood Centre in London, it’s a full day of insight, honest conversation and genuine connection for anyone working in B2B marketing.

Whether you’re a solo marketer, part of a specialist team, or working inside a global brand, the day is designed around the same question: how do we help each other navigate an industry that’s changing faster than ever?

Why this event and why now

B2B marketing is under more pressure than ever to prove commercial impact, all while AI reshapes search, content and buyer behaviour overnight. It’s a lot to navigate alone, and it’s exactly why Better B2B exists. Better B2B South brings together expert perspectives and practical ideas across the biggest challenges marketers are facing right now, from aligning sales and marketing and measuring what actually matters, to sharpening creativity, getting more from paid media, and making sense of an AI-driven search landscape.

What’s on the day

The day opens with a welcome breakfast and networking, before 15 speakers take to the stage across a packed agenda. Agenda highlights include:

Shoaib Ahmed kicks things off with a session on LinkedIn personal branding and turning your profile into an opportunity-generating engine.

Jake Third, Freya Ward, Giorgia Guantario and Karen Allsopp ask whether organic traffic is dead, and what B2B marketers should be measuring instead in the age of AI search.

Beth Marchant, Strategy Director at System1, unpacks the Creative Dividend, a practical framework for making advertising a predictable, effective investment rather than a scrutinised cost.

Ben Wood, Hallam’s Performance Director, explores the re-coupling of search and brand, and shares a framework for building the kind of brand authority that AI systems now reward.

Hayley Phipps, B2B Marketing Manager at Samsung Europe, makes the case for retiring static personas in favour of AI-informed, dynamic ones.

Brian Macreadie, Head of Marketing at Addleshaw Goddard, shares honest, worked examples on winning internal support for braver B2B campaigns.

The day closes with Ask Better B2B, an open panel where speakers answer attendees’ biggest B2B marketing questions live. Lunch, coffee breaks and networking drinks are all included, and the full agenda will be revealed soon.

A day that gives back

Keeping Better B2B accessible matters to us, which is why tickets are deliberately affordable and Better B2B members get a discount. It’s also why at least 50% of profits from Better B2B South will be donated to charity, continuing the tradition set by our first flagship event in April, which raised £1,106 for Manchester Mind.

“Better B2B South is about bringing our community together in person. As AI, changing buyer behaviour and increasing pressure on marketers continue to reshape the industry, we believe there has never been a greater need for honest conversations, shared learning and meaningful connections. Our goal is simple: create a space where marketers can learn from each other, leave with practical ideas they can apply immediately, and feel part of a community that’s navigating change together.”

Amber Carnegie, Community Marketing Manager, Better B2B
