10:00 – 10:30: Key behaviours for consultative selling

Jim’s session will follow and focus on actually converting prospects into customers, leaning on Jim’s extensive expertise in sales and business development training.

10:30 – 11:30: Breakout session: Barriers & challenges exercise

Group exercise facilitated by both PDW and Hallam

In this breakout session, attendees will be placed into groups of four and given a specific brief. You’ll have the opportunity to explore the barriers and challenges you face in achieving greater business growth, with guidance and support from Hallam and PDW experts.
