Thaís brings extensive experience across Performance Marketing and Digital Media, with deep expertise in paid social and media buying across both B2B and B2C environments. She specialises in building and optimising campaigns across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and Google, translating complex briefs into creative media plans that go above and beyond generic strategies.
In recent years, Thaís has worked with some of the UK’s major NGOs, leading brand campaigns on paid social and Google while ensuring they connect through to lower funnel outcomes, such as driving membership growth, legacy giving and fundraising conversions. With a background spanning channel execution, agency management and client strategy, she brings a data-driven yet creative mindset to her work, enriching cross-channel activation.
Outside of work, Thaís is a Brazilian now calling Lisbon home, after five years living in London. She’s a creative soul who regularly attends music and art events, plays guitar and sings in her spare time, and when she’s not immersed in culture, you’ll find her out hiking or making the most of the great outdoors, always curious, always exploring.
