Cabin Master is a UK-based company specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of bespoke, fully insulated garden buildings. Their offerings include garden offices, gyms, bars, annexes and studios, all tailored to individual client needs. With over 20 years of experience, Cabin Master manages the entire process in-house, all the way through from initial design to final installation, ensuring quality and consistency throughout.
The challenge
Cabin Master was facing a period of stalled organic growth due to a combination of technical SEO issues, increased competition, and a heavy reliance on non-branded search traffic. Following Google’s August Core Update, the site suffered significant drops in high-performing keyword rankings. Additionally, the website experienced slow page load times, dead links, and inefficient crawl activity, all of which hampered visibility and user experience. While Cabin Master has continued to grow, competitors have gained market share more aggressively, and Cabin Master’s local market presence in Nottingham, Derby and Leicester was under-leveraged.
